OPENING CEREMONY - BLUE MET TALKS

Official opening of the 26th edition of the Blue Metropolis Festival, on the theme of “Dreams and Utopias.” As the Blue Metropolis Festival turns the page on a quarter-century and begins a new one, we might ask: what will our dreams be made of tomorrow? And the day after?
